4D Class Assembly
The school was invited to see what 4D has been learning over the last two weeks during their class assembly – and what a busy nine days it has been! 4W Class Assembly
Beowulf by Michael Morpurgo proved to be fantastic inspiration for 4W’s class assembly on the final day of last half term. Accompanied by expressive actions, the children confidently recited parts of the story, showcasing rich language and truly impressive memorisation skills. The children went on to share more of their fantastic learning, presenting examples of the writing techniques they have developed throughout Year 4. Year 4 Production of 'Porridge'
Well done to everyone in year 4 who performed so brilliantly this week in their production of Porridge! The children really enjoyed showcasing their great acting, dancing and singing skills during the performances to parents and carers on Tuesday and Wednesday. World Book Day
The children had a great time yesterday during World Book Day . The day started with a special assembly where the children had to work out who the special 'masked readers' were from amongst the staff. Thank you to everyone for your support in helping to create such great costumes. We hope the day really inspired the children to find out more about the different characters they got to meet!

Year 4 Roman Day
Year 4 stepped back in time this week when they spent the day as Romans! Marvellous History really helped to bring this period of history alive for the children as they met and learnt all about the Roman soldier Gaius Maximus! 4B demonstrated their Hamstel Habits of courage, determination, and excellence in our final class assembly of 2025.
