According to 3HW, it was a ‘bit extreme’ to send them to a desert island to appreciate what it was like for the main character in their reading book Nim’s Island.  In spite of this, the children clearly enjoyed the learning they have been doing to help them survive!  From their woodcutting skills developed when creating picture frames in DT to their plant growing skills in science, the children now have some great life skills.  The children also know what to do in an earthquake thanks to their work about volcanoes in geography and can ask for fruit in French thanks to the language lessons. The assembly finished with two lovely songs played on the glockenspiel and the class singing ‘Half the World Away’!

Thank you 3HW for a lovely assembly.

What a creative and engaging way for 3HW to bring their learning to life. Such an impressive assembly! It’s great to see how different subjects came together to build real-life skills. For older students working on more advanced projects, finding support like cheap thesis writing services can be just as valuable in helping them succeed academically. Well done to everyone involved.
