The children in year 6 are having a great time at Grosvenor House in Kent.
The group of nearly 100 children arrived safely on the Sunday afternoon after a quick stop at Maidstone services for lunch.
Once at Kingswood, the children were given a tour of the site and then taken to their rooms.
The children are in rooms of 6 or 8 - all with their own bathrooms!
The children have enjoyed activities including crate stacking, archery, axe throwing, orienteering and problem solving as well as 'Bubble football'!
The children have also had fun at campfire and competing in a mini Olympics during their evening sessions!
Tuesday saw the children head off to Go Ape at Bedgebury Pinetum.
The children had a great day challenging themselves on the high ropes course and working together on the challenge trail and during Baboonzled!
The evening saw the children tackling Scrap Heap challenge - only one group managed the tricky task of creating a container from scrap which could prevent a water-filled balloon from bursting!
On the final day of the trip, the children enjoyed a visit to Howletts Wild Animal Park. From elephants to gorillas, the children were able to witness the most amazing animals at close quarters!
An ice lolly on the coach home made for a great end to the trip.
Thank you to all the staff who organised and accompanied the trip, particularly in such challenging circumstances!
