Hamstel at Home

Welcome to Hamstel at Home

Everything you need for our home learning can be found on this section of our website.

Family Fun Friday

This Friday afternoon we are going to give everyone a choice of activity to complete based on a theme.  This way, families with more than one child can join together and produce some work as a family.

The theme for this week is nature with a particular focus on Spring.  There are options of baby animals, birds, coming out of hibernation, minibeasts, rainbows and sowing and growing.

You can choose as many activities as you like (there are enough to last all weekend if you want to) but please spend at least an hour on at least one of your choices.  You don't need to send any work in but we would love to see what you have been up to!

Well-Being Wednesday

This week we are focusing on the 'Looking After Yourself' section.

'One Piece at a Time' is our well-being project for the month of February.

We have been so impressed with the hard work that our children and their families are putting into their home learning but understand that it can be really hard for everyone.

It is vitally important to make sure we all, children and adults, look after our well-being.

Every Wednesday afternoon we are giving you time out from normal work to to do something that makes you happy.

Every time you do something from one of the three categories, colour in a piece of your jigsaw to show how well you are doing.

All the details are in the document below.

There are lots of ideas of activities to do in the folders below, all designed to help you feel better!

Why not make it something that the whole family does together so you can all benefit?

There is no work to send in but we would love you to share with us some of the things you have been doing.

We are all facing challenges that we haven't had to face before.  Parents and carers, please have a look at the websites in the 'Advice for Parents/Carers' section below for lots of really helpful advice and reassurance.  We all need help sometimes.
